Mole Reports

One in three people with melanoma skin cancer are misdiagnosed by their GP, leading to life-threatening delays in treatment.

Single Mole Report

Our innovative Mole Reporting system provides fast, expert assessment of a mole and is designed for:

  1. Our Mole Check and Mole Map patients identified as having a visually abnormal or new or changing mole.

  2. People who are only concerned about one or two moles or have had a mole diagnosed by their GP and would like an expert second opinion.

A dermatoscope and a digital camera are used to record an image 1 - 2 mm beneath the surface of the mole. The image is remotely assessed by a skin specialist doctor and a Mole Report and advice issued within 3 days (usually the following day).

If your Mole Report advises a biopsy, we can offer a rapid referral to a consultant dermatologist. Our MOLE Reports are accepted by major private medical insurance companies.

Alternatively, you can take your Mole Report to your GP.

Costs £50 or just £30 if following a Mole Check or Mole Map.

Our Single Mole Reports are also available nationally via selected pharmacies. Find out more.

My relative had a melanoma missed by his GP, so I went to the MOLE Clinic. I will now have annual checks - now I know how easy it is.
